Hans-Michael Hauser

Hans-Michael is a Partner in our Zurich office. In 2010 he transferred from BCG's Munich office where he started in 1995.
Hans-Michael´s experience has been primarily in industrial goods (machinery & equipment, automotive, logistics, medical equipment) and technology (software, IT services, electronics and semiconductor and telecom equipment). He has led several large scale transformation programs and post merger integration projects. Hans-Michael's experience ranges from strategy to operations. Focus areas are innovation and R&D, service and aftermarket, customer insights. He leads BCG's software business model initiative.
Hans-Michael holds a master degree in Mathematics and in Physics from University of Stuttgart, an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and an MBA from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
