Matthias Naumann
Managing Partner, BCG Switzerland
Matthias is the Managing Partner of the Swiss operations of BCG. He is a member of the European Management Team of BCG and a core member of the global Financial Institutions and Insurance Practice Groups. Outside of financial services he is experienced in the fields of travel and tourism, airlines and pharmaceuticals. Matthias spent several years abroad in Australia, Asia Pacific and the US where he worked for leading financial institutions, airlines and others.
With over sixteen years of experience, Matthias has worked with leading Financial Services players on a broad range of topics, such as strategic positioning and directions as well as transformation, evaluating M&A opportunities and PMIs of leading banks and insurance companies.
Matthias holds a Master's degree in Economics from St. Gallen University (HSG) as well as an MBA from RPI (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute), New York.
