Rüdiger is a Partner in our Zurich office. He is a core member of BCG's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Practice Group. Rüdiger focuses on the telecommunications, media and energy sectors. Rüdiger also leads the TMT Practive Group's Mobile Data initiative.
His project work covers a broad range of topics from strategy and corporate development, organizational design and change, large scale IT transformation, post-merger integration, go-to-market improvement as well as spectrum auctions
Prior to joining BCG he worked for Shell (Switzerland) and Shell International in retail planning, retail sales and internal consulting on entries into new geographic markets for downstream oil in Latin America, Asia and CEE. Rüdiger holds a Masters degree as well as a PhD in Business Administration from St Gallen University (HSG).
