At BCG, we view training as a way to provide highly motivated and skilled individuals with an opportunity to reach new levels of performance.

BCG supports your personal growth with an intense training curriculum during your first year. A variety of seminars and workshops will familiarise you with the tools we use and how they can be best deployed to help clients.
Even before you start at BCG, we will give you access to a number of online e-modules which can help you develop your skills further and add to your expertise in areas relevant for your new job.

One of the key aspects of the introductory training programme is to bring you together with your peers who start at the same time as you in any of the European BCG offices. These colleagues will become an important network for you during your career. By working in teams with other new recruits from across Europe and meeting a variety of more experienced BCG consultants, we want to give you a taste of what makes working at BCG special. You will soon feel part of the global BCG network!

The training will teach you the skills you require in your day-to-day work as a consultant. These include cost accounting, market segmentation as well as training on how to conduct interviews and give presentations.

After six months on the job, you will attend  the last part of introductory training. It will build on your first client experiences and help you deepen and consolidate what you have learned.
